| Broccoli and Mushroom Linguini
Makes 4 servings
This rich and cheesy pasta will become a family favorite!
1 package (10 ounces) Cascadian Farm« frozen organic broccoli with Cheddar cheese sauce
8 ounces uncooked linguine
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (3 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine, vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1. Make broccoli with cheese sauce as directed on package. Cook and drain pasta al dente as directed on package.
2. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, red pepper and garlic in oil 1 minute. Stir in wine; cook until half of the liquid cooks away.
3. Stir in broccoli & cheese, pasta and tamari. Heat about 1 minute or until hot.
