Honey Glazed Chicken Wings
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup honey
2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
20 whole chicken wings, tips cut off

Mix together the soy, water, onions, vinegar, honey, ginger and garlic. Place in a zip top plastic bag and add the chicken. Close and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.

Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange wings on a rack which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and place on a rimed baking sheet. Pour marinade into small saucepan; bring to a full boil, remove from heat and reserve. Roast wings until tender and glazed, turning and basting occasionally with marinade, about 25 minutes.
