Baked Onions in Sherry Cream Sauce
2 cans (about 1lb. each) small cooked onions
1 cup light cream
1/3 cup Taylor Sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Drain onions; arrange in shallow baking dish. Combine cream, Taylor sherry, salt and pepper, pour over onions. Dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover, bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
