Summer Fruit Smoothie
Smoothies are a summertime favorite at my house. We have then almost daily :)

1 cup 100% apple juice
1 ripe apple
1 ripe banana
1 cup blueberries
1.5 cups of strawberries
1 cup dark red pitted cherries
1 ripe plum
2 cups ice


Combine the apple juice and fruit into a blender, puree WELL and then add ice. Puree again u8ntil ice is completely crushed- add more ice as desired.

Serve with a salty snack like pistachios or habanero almonds.
