Fresh DIY Breakfast Sausage
2 lbs of ground pork
1/2 lb finely chopped bacon or ham
2 T of fresh sage
2 t of fresh thyme
1 t nutmeg
1 t of red pepper flakes
1/2 t of cayenne pepper
2 t of brown sugar
1/2 t of kosher salt
few turns of black pepper


Place pork and bacon in food processor and pulse until mixed well.
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into patties and fry six minutes on each side.
Place a press on top of the patties.
Keeps in the refrigerator for a week or can be frozen after cooking.
