“Pineapple” Cheese Ball
This is a super easy cheese ball recipe that’s good
anytime of the year! It can also be made into other
shapes such as a football, pinecone or wreath.

8-oz. garden vegetable cream cheese
8-oz. roasted garlic cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups pecan halves, toasted
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Stir together the first four ingredients. Shape into
an oval; chill 2 hours. Arrange toasted pecan halves
over cheese oval in overlapping rows beginning at the
bottom and working upward (It should look similar to
a pineapple). Place rosemary sprigs at top of
“pineapple”. Serve with crackers!
