| BBQ Chicken
This recipe is very flexible. Explore with your favorite
seasonings or marinades.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Pilleteriís Original Liquid Marinade (Alabamamade
product, could also use Mooreís Marinade)
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. Pilleteriís Bold and Spicy Original Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp. ground pepper
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Place chicken in a gallon-sized resealable bag. Add
the rest of the ingredients except for the BBQ sauce.
Squeeze as much air out as possible and zip closed,
then massage chicken and marinade to disperse
throughout for an even coating. Place
in refrigerator and marinate for one to two hours.
Pre-heat interior or exterior grill. Grill chicken until
bottom is white (about 2-3 minutes); flip. Apply BBQ
sauce with basting brush while other side cooks. After
about another 2-3 minutes, flip and baste remaining
side of chicken. Continue basting and flipping to
preference until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve
with BBQ sauce on the side. Side dish suggestions:
grilled corn on the cob and cheesy toast.
